At Aerosoles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes don't provide the perfect fit or style, you can return unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by the portal to ensure tracked and secure transit.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with the prepaid label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
